About the Practice

A Compassionate and Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy Practice

At our practice, we offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy for teens and adults. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, or life transitions, we create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood.

Our approach blends evidence-based practices with warmth and collaboration, helping you build resilience, deepen relationships, and move toward the life you want to create. Our goal is to help you develop insight, build resilience, and foster meaningful change.

Anxiety & Burnout

Manage overwhelm, perfectionism, panic attacks, and major life transitions.

Grief & Loss

Cope with the pain of loss and complicated grief.

Neurodivergence
(ADHD/ASD)

Affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD clients across the lifespan.

Global Mental Health

Global mental health is a core focus of the founder, Laura G. Bermudez, whose work bridges
clinical practice with international research and humanitarian response.

Laura also leads a growing collective of clinicians with expertise in global mental health and
psychosocial support (MHPSS). Together, we collaborate with universities, NGOs, and international
agencies to support mental health initiatives in a wide range of global contexts.

Whether responding to crisis, consulting on system-level change, or training the next generation
of mental health providers, our work is grounded in the belief that mental health care is a
universal right.
